    I am having some difficulty with delivery to my Microsoft Exchange server. I am using Gravity Forms.

    I can see in the SparkPost reports section that roughly 50% are being accepted by the Exchange server. Notifications to users (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc.) seem to be working fine. If I change the “Send to Email” field in Gravity Forms to my Gmail address, I get the notifications.

    In the Bounces section, the reason listed is: 554 {mxN}.{base64}

    Would this be a configuration issue on the Exchange server or my web server?

    Not sure where to start looking, I’ve Googled for 2 days to try find the answer.

    Okay, so it looks like the problem is related to encoding accepted by the Exchange server. Basically it accepts mac-binhex40 and not base64: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2519912

    I have no idea how I can resolve this.

    I’m sorry that I’m replying that late. I’m not sure why I haven’t received any notification (looks like rss feed to slack post is broken).

    As you said it works with Outlook, we’re not sure what’s going wrong and how can we test it. However, if you come to our Community Slack during normal US business hours, we’ll try to help you there. It’ll be easier that way.

    Also, you can try using different mailer. Like if you’ve using SMTP in the plugin, try using HTTP one.

    @rajuru better late than never 🙂

    I started routing emails from WP through a Gmail account. That was a quick-fix, but I’ve also noticed that emails from Sparkpost are now getting through to my Exchange server, so I might trial it a bit more and switch back to sending email from WordPress directly to Exchange via Sparkpost 🙂

    Awesome, thanks :).
