Hi Kausi,
You need to setup a new tag in GTM.
Select Universal Analytics or Classic Analytics from Tag Type dropdown depending on which GA version you are using.
Select “Transaction” from the Track Type dropdown.
Create a new firing rule:
{{event}} equals ‘gtm4wp.orderCompleted’
Everything else is being done by the plugin.
Hope this helps,
Thomas

Hey Thomas! Thanks for the reply! I have set all this up(Universal Analytics) and it was my assumption that the plugin would do the rest as you confirmed.
We use the PayPal gateway. We did a test transaction, and though the goal in GA reflected it, the revenue and other details were not seen. Is there something that I could be missing? How can I test the flow and the datalayer variables at the end of the transaction?
It takes around 2-3 hours until the transaction data is being displayed in GA.

OK. I will try it again and let you know. Thank you so much!
Hi Kausi,
Are you getting GA transactions now?

Thomas,
I made a test transaction and I don’t see the transaction details yet in GA. I believe I have done the set up as recommended. Is there a way to debug this?

Hi,
I need to check your site.
Can you post the URL?
If you do not want to post to a public forum you can contact me using the form on duracelltomi.com
Cheers,

I have sent you the details through the form.
Thanks!
For the record: wp_head() call was missing from the template and there was a redirection issue using PayPal payment.
