Trouble with Visual Editor

    When I install the Document Gallery, the text that displays in the visual editor of my posts and pages disappears. If I click over to the text editor, all the HTML is there.

    I deactivated Document Gallery and verified that the visual editor started working again (I could see my text and images in the editor on pages and posts.), but as soon as I reactivated the Gallery, the visual editor began to show no text or images again.

    Is there a fix for this? I searched the Support area and did not find mention of this issue.

    Hey there,

    I’m sorry you’re having issues with DG and the visual editor!

    Can you first tell me, what version of DG and WP do you have installed? What browser are you using?

    I am using DG version 4.4, WordPress 4.7.5 and Google Chrome. I think everything is up to date.
