Support » Plugin: Jetpack by » Trouble with Stats in admin bar

  • Hello,

Since I moved to FlyingNews theme, I have an issue with Stats in my admin bar.
    Before graph, I have “
    var src;if(typeof(window.devicePixelRatio)=='undefined'||window.devicePixelRatio<2){src='';}else{src='';}document.write('<img src=\''+src+'\' alt=\'Stats\' title=\'Pages vues sur les 48 dernières heures. Cliquez pour voir plus de Stats.\' />');
    ” written.

Have you a suggestion to resolve that? Thank you

  • Nobody to help me?

“By visiting, the following text is returned: “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.””

Same for me, but no empty line above. And the graph appears, but before the graph, I have the script written in the admin bar.

    Hi schizophrene,

Can I have a link to your site please?

    Hello Richard,

schizophrene, I had a look at your site, and everything appears normal from our end. Does the same thing appear if you switch to a different theme, such as the default TwentyEleven theme. If you don’t see that message anymore, then you know for a fact that it’s your theme that’s doing something wrong. Try that and let me know.

My site (brand new on was just transferred for me from I am having the “does not show up” difficulty with the hour-by-hour admin bar – has not yet been seen…

    The test of entering yields:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

The test of entering yields a functional hourly image, about the proper size, on a blank window.

I am using 3.7.1 of wordpress, and the Twenty Ten theme. I am using the following widgets

    • twitter timeline (jetpack)
    • top posts & pages (jetpack)
    • facebook like box (jetpack)

    and the following plugins

    1. gravatar widget (is it a widget or a plugin?)
    2. jetpack
    3. pushpress
    4. wpsupercache

I have added some others since then, but the hourly list has never worked (for all three days of my existence on

I am a software engineer, but new to html, so I will be asking some odd questions. For an example, where would I go to get at the php files to search for a blank line? I’m on, if that helps any.

Nevermind!!! In broader searching, I found this gem…

At the very bottom was the clue. In the Users section, under Your Profile, make sure you have a first and last name in the boxes. Suddenly, it works.

Hmmm – make that a qualified ‘works’ – it shows on the blog pages (clicked on the ‘visit site’ tab under my blog name in the admin bar (top left corner, second button in), but not when I’m in the dashboard…

That is close enough for me, although not a great solution. I’d prefer it in the admin screens, specifically in the Posts | All Posts tab.
