That level of support really is beyond these forums. * In this case the plugin author has posted his email. Those are actually very helpful. It confirms what I thought previously, which is that there is a theme conflict. Since you purchased the theme from them, you may be able to get them to also take a look at where the conflict might be happening. There is no guarantee we will be able to re-create the problem given that you have lots of other plug-ins, but it seems most likely that it is theme related and that would be a good start.
