Trouble with Sending Referrers!

    “Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers for this feature to work.”

    I’ve tried like, everything the troubleshooting says here at wordpress.org. I just can’t get it to work. I’ve installed the blog in my server and everything, but as soon as I want to change the Option or change the theme of the blog, I get this answer. I use Firefox – but I’ve tried if it works in IE but it doesn’t. Same thing there.

    I’ve changed the network.referrer.http…. in Firefox to both 1 and 2 but without progress. I’ve made the correct changes in IE. I’ve added my server in Norton Personal Firewall to the “Trusted” pages list.

    What do I do? I’m starting to feel like I don’t want to blog anymore. Darn 🙁

    Please help me anyone?

    P.S. Someone told me to re-install a plugin called “Adhesive”. Which I did? And it didn’t work at all.

    Actually, iamklasa, I told you that, for me, deleting that old version of Adhesive worked. I also suggested deleting additional plugins to see if that made a difference. Have you given that a try? I was also very frustrated and insane when this happened to me, so I understand your pain.

    Well then, I am no help. Like I said, I tried all the things you did first, to no avail. Maddening. I hope someone else has some advice. I too was ready to just give it all up after 6 hours of troubleshooting the problem…
