  • looks fine from where i’m standing — that’s exactly what you’re supposed to get when you rely on the auto-install.

if you want to place the thing somewhere else, use the documented template tags.

    Thanks for your quick response.

In my firefox browser, i can’t see the “Recently Posted” words and the position is not correct. but just leave this question aside, I met another trouble.

I downloaded from your site, a great plugin package. But still not work perfectly for me 🙁

I put sem-recent-comments,sem-recent-posts,sem-subscribe-me,sem-theme these 4 folders(just these 4 folders, no sem-admin-menu or anyother) into my plugin directory and put “semiologic” folder into my theme direcory.

I chosen semiologic skin in “Presentation” page and refesh the homepage.

    1. I got a lot of “allow_call_time_pass_reference” warning

    2. the Subscribe img cannot displayed.
I found the image path is “”, but I think it should be “”, is it?

3.Where’s my friends links? blogroll links? Maybe you have seen them in your last visit.

Still , would you please check it for me?

For my 1st question, I think I need to set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in php.ini.
But I’m using a hosting service and I have no privilege to change this file.
Any other method to avoid this problem?

I did some change, and refreshed seviral times, things going better and better.
only the 1st warning question left.
How can i resolve this problem.

    i’ve uploaded a potential fix.

Should I redownload the “” and unzip them to override the old files?
