[Resolved] Trouble with prettyphoto

  • As soon as I installed the plugin, prettyphoto stopped working correctly. When I pull up an image it comes up but the navigation no longer works. If I deactivate YOP it works again.

Hopefully some one can help. I like the plugin but I will not be able to use it if it stops my gallery from functioning properly.

  • I forgot to mention that I am using the U-Design theme that has prettyphoto built in.

    Thanks

    Hi,

We can not run tests as the theme you’re using is not free.
Would you be able to send us a link to the page where you have the poll?

    Best wishes,

    YOP Team

    I setup a test site at llpcs.com/wp/gallery

If I turn on yop the entire gallery is corrupted as you see.

I experimented with it and if I delete the gallery and redo it with yop installed it shows the images but the prettyphoto navigation doesn’t work. If I disable the prettyphoto script it works in default gallery with individual images and no navigation. There’s a conflict between the yop script and the prettyphoto script.

    Thank you

    I haven’t heard anything.

Are you still looking into this?

    Thank you

    H evelh,

When we try to open a photo from your gallery we get this message: “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.”

That’s because the link for each photo redirects to a folder

when it should really open a photo. For example,

    http://llpcs.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/roadsign-2-150×150.jpg

If for every photo you replace the link in the anchor tag with the link for that specific photo, it will open and the navigation will work correctly.

    Best wishes,

    YOP Team

The images are set to correct location. If I disable the poll plugin it works fine and pulls up the correct images. It’s only when I re activate the poll plugin that they don’t work properly.

    Thank you
