trouble with posting new posts.

I am having trouble with my “write a new post” page on admin side. this is the error message that i get on the internet explorer : “delta_width” is null or not an object

basically i cannot see all those buttons by the visual and code buttons. I dont see “b” “i” “code” or any of those small buttons. How do i fix that
