We’re trying to use the WordPress Popup plugin on our site. Things work fine on our staging site, but when I move the plugin over to our live site, the plugin stops creating the ‘popover_never_view’ cookie – the cookie created when you click on the ‘Never see this message again’ link. We want our visitors to be able to disable the popup, so this functionality is essential.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this problem?

The sites have the same themes, and I’m checking them on the same computers in the same browsers, javascript and cookies are enabled.

It looks like this was a problem with how our CDN cached our live site – it was interfering with some of the dynamic features of this plugin. We’ll have to find a different plugin, but that’s not this plugin’s fault
