Before I start adding my own hacks in an attempt to fix to this, I thought I’d see if you have a solution. If the solution is to buy the Pro version, that’s fine.
I was going to do that anyway after I made sure it works for Laura, the domain owner.

Here’s the problem: Basically, the whole right side of the site is unavailable on smartphones:

    • iPhones (Laura has one of the absolute newest, plus her husband’s show the same issue,
    • on Android (Samsung) Galaxy S7 and S8,
    • as well as various display testers which simulate various smartphone model displays of a site.

Running WP 4.9.9 (Yes, we’re avoiding updating to 5.*.* for right now.)

I was SO hoping this theme would work for Laura, since it has the exact kind of look she wants (small header at the top, then the nav menu, and it can be custom colored to her taste. I’ve already got hours into this and do so hope you can salvage the day!

Here’s an image of what we’re seeing on an iPhone. iPhone display of site issue

Okay. I fixed the problem myself. You have a min-width: of 600px in body {}. Remove min-width: 600px; in your body {} in your styles. Then it obeys responsive.
