Trouble with jetpack and google analytics after an update!

    Hi!
    Yesterday I updatet jetpack and google analytics. Now they have vanished! When I search for them, the text is:”not installed”.

    But when I download them I get this message:
    /customers/d/c/2/moodestysplace.com/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
    (it basically means that I can´t install it because it already is installed, but it is nowhere to be found in my website…???)

    I need my statics and I can´t be the only one with this problem? Where can I find the plugins so I can delete them?
