Trouble with iframes

Ok. So I know there has to be a solution that doesn’t include iframes, I just can’t seem to locate it. I have 2 pages in my old site (non-wordpress) that actually wrap around 2 different outside sites using iframes so they appear to be part of my site. I have switched my site over to using WordPress (which I love) and my iframe pages are not displaying correctly in IE now. Everything looks great on my Mac and in Firefox, Safari but I know that I should dump the iframes. Can anyone help with a solution.
