Hi there @kwbc2020,
I’ll be happy to help you!
It’s likely that you are experiencing the issue described in this page:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/353-how-to-set-up-dkim-on-godaddy
Can you please check if that’s the case and follow the instructions outlined at the bottom of this support page to fix it?
Let us know how that goes!
I have checked and there isn’t any duplication. All failures as I described ion my initial entry.
I have 3 entries. ” mailpoet1._domainkey”, “mailpoet2._domainkey” are CNAMEs but the “_mailpoet” is a TXT. Could that be an issue?
I an still experiencing issues with my failing DMARC
Hi there @kwbc2020,
I apologize for the late reply.
Your DMARC policy for kernwheelmen.org is set to p:none and your DKIM records are correct so it shouldn’t affect your delivery.
I see a syntax error for your SPF record though: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3aKernwheelmen.org&run=toolpage
Note that you don’t have to add include:spf.sendingservice.net when you’re using MailPoet Sending Service.
Please remove it from your SPF record and let us know if the issue persists.
Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!
Hi there @kwbc2020,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
