What do you mean by “Core Theme”? A premium theme? Or default Twenty Eleven theme?

hi
I bought the theme : Core
and the slideshow : FLOW isn’t working
Then it must be a premium theme. You have to contact the vendor directory for support. We don’t have any access to premium themes here.

ok, i dont know what is premium themes, i am not really in technical stuff, but do you know his contact?
Bug you said you bought the theme… you should know the website where you bought it from. You can find the info in the files, with copyright notice, or readme.txt files in the theme directory.
I prefer to use the term ‘Commercial’ theme rather than ‘premium’ as ‘premium’ implies that these themes will always be of better quality than the no-cost ones and that is not always the case – although I don’t know about this one.
A quick google search found this: http://themeforest.net/item/core-minimalist-photography-portfolio/240185 If this is the theme you bought manue, according to that page you should be entitled to theme support for your purchase at http://support.themegoods.com/
I agree “Commercial” would be more appropriate, unfortunately the term “wordpress premium themes” is the standard now, it returns 17,100,000 search results from Google with quotes, while “wordpress commercial themes” returned only 4,030 results.
Hi Manue, as Cubecolour has mentioned, your best option is to contact the developer. In this case that is Peerapong, who offers support through http://support.themegoods.com
Best of luck!
