Trouble with configuration

    I had my host’s tech support try disabling plugins and different theme(s) already. They changed from IMAP to POP3 and that seemed to work better with Socket. Postie Configuration Test worked.

    The outstanding issue is the Process Email button. After clicking on that, it is showing file not found.

    Sounds like either Postie is not correctly installed or there is some other plugin interfering.
    You can deactivate/delete/install/activate Postie without losing your settings.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled Postie and it retained the settings as you mentioned. What would be my next step?

    Deactivate all other plugins then test.

    If that doesn’t work then there is something wrong with the hosting setup.
