Trouble with Co-Authors Plus theme modification

    Hello,

    I have recently installed Co-Authors Plus plugin and, like other posts I’ve read on this forum, I’ve been able to add additional co-authors to posts, but they don’t show up on the resulting post page. I have read all of the developer notes, and I know I am supposed to add code to my theme, I just can’t figure out where. I’m running the Twenty Eleven theme with only minor modifications to allow for dynamic headers. I have searched every php file in my theme and can’t figure out where the modified code goes.

    Below is a URL to a post that should have two authors listed, but only has one. I would appreciate any help that can be offered.

    Thanks for the reply, Daniel. I have read through that thread already. To be more specific, I loaded every php file from my theme into TextWrangler and search for any instance of “the_author”, and I did not find it. Perhaps I am not looking in the right places, but at this point I’m running out of places to look. Thanks again for your help.

    There’s a lot more files in Twenty Eleven. In content-single.php for instance, you should look for get_the_author();
