# Trouble Using Update

 * I had two plugins that needed to be updated and I noticed at the top of the page
   it said it could update all of them so I clicked on it. It does not work and 
   not my divider lines where plugins show at is yellow except for the first one.
   Here is the error message I get.
 * Plugin directory is ‘/home/bluelic/public_html/wp-content/plugins/’
    Checking
   to see if /home/bluelic/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ is writable. Okay. Nonce
   verification passed. About to upgrade 1 plugins. Upgrading ‘peters-custom-anti-
   spam-image/custom_anti_spam.php’, download URL is ‘[http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/peters-custom-anti-spam-image.zip&#8217](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/peters-custom-anti-spam-image.zip&#8217);.
   The plugin that needs to be upgraded is not active. Good. Downloading ‘[http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/peters-custom-anti-spam-image.zip’&#8230](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/peters-custom-anti-spam-image.zip’&#8230);
   Downloaded 487752 bytes. Will save the new version archive (zip) to a temporary
   file ‘/tmp/PLGLZHnQJ’. About to extract ‘/tmp/PLGLZHnQJ’. Extracting files from/
   tmp/PLGLZHnQJ… So far, the type is set to ‘plugin’. gzopen() found, will use 
   PclZip. PclZip failed! PclZip says : ‘PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to
   find End of Central Dir Record signature’ Main loop finished.
