Trouble Uploading WPexplorer Themes

    I have a MacBook Air OS X. When I download a theme from WPexplorer.com, a file downloads onto my desktop but not in zip format. The file seems to contain many other little files and computer language stuff. All the Youtube tutorials guide you saying to just upload the zip file onto the Add Theme section in Word Press. I’m not that computer savvy so I’m a little lost. I can use some help.
