Trouble Uploading Theme Purchased on ThemeForest

    Hey All!
    I am having trouble uploading a theme purchased for one of my clients from ThemeForest. Her blog is running the latest version of WP and is up to date, and the same file uploaded to a different blog. But I don’t understand what’s preventing me from uploading it to her site. Can anyone help me please?

    Have you contacted the guys who sold you the theme? We don’t have access to commercial themes so we wouldn’t be able to debug what’s wrong.
