# Trouble Saving Settings

 * We have a problem when we try to save the new shipping prices. After entering
   the values and we try to save it, it just loads endlessly and the changes are
   not saved.
 * So far, we have never had such problems with the plugin.

 * Do you have the ShopEngine plugin activated? If so, could you temporarily disable
   it to check if it helps?

 * Unfortunately, we do not have the ShopEngine plugin installed on our site.
 * The problem still exists.
