Trouble moving a WordPress blog

Hello everyone!

The website http://www.bavoice.com.ar runs on WordPress, and I’ve been given FTP access to it, and asked to move a copy of it to my local server (in other words, localhost). I copied all the files into my computer, but now I’m stumped.

I tried making a new database, installing WP on it and then moving all the blog’s files, but all I get is broken style sheets and code leaking into the page, like so (mind you, this is an album, there are two pictures in it): http://imgur.com/LwH5LPf,vNf7G99#0

All the stuff you see in the second pic is supposed to go at the top of the page, as you can see in the original link.

So my question is: what must I do to get the blog working properly? I just need to be able to run tests locally.
