 * Hello,
 * please see blog here: I am trying to pretty much get the right column to be all
   black backround … it looks like it’s white background with some bg images even??
 * Can someone please take a look at and help? Having some other issues to, like
   making the Search text box white again, and also adding a custom flash header
   that I created.
 * I would love to talk offline with someon that is familiar with manipulating these
   themes.
 * thanks!

 * Hey Dave. So you’re sticking with the Default template, also called Kubrick,
   and modifying it? Some say, that’s not the best route. Kubrick has weird background
   images (you can find them referenced in the stylesheet of the theme, and the
   actual images are in an images folder inside the theme folder). They’re easy
   enough to change if you want, but some say: start with a different theme. Your
   background image that’s white/grey is in here,
    yoursite.com/blog/wp-content/
   themes/default/images/
 * Maybe check on this site for Another theme that looks Kind of like you want,
   and install it. Use that as your starting point, and customize from there,
    [http://themes.wordpress.net/](http://themes.wordpress.net/)
 * you can search for a nice black theme, 2 column, right-sidebar, if that’s what
   you want
