Trouble making my website responsive

Hi, I’m quite new to WordPress forums so I’m sorry if this isn’t the right place to post.

I can’t figure out how to make my website responsive. The home page is responsive, except for the footer. But when I’ve created some new pages and articles, they are not at all responsive.

The theme uses visual composer, i don’t know if the solution is there.
