trouble loading admin page and website

    for the past 2 days ive had issues loading my WP-Admin page and website. everyone ive asked can load my site ( http://www.ukemrecords.co.uk ) with no issues whatsoever – i appear to the only one who cant load or view it.
    the problem did sort itself out after a few hours on day 1 but then the problem persists on day 2
    my hosts were doing maintenance to their servers, but i dont think that would cause any issues – HELP!!! i dnt know what to do now

    Hello.
    You may want to try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
