# Trouble installing wordpress

 * Hi,
 * I am trying to install wordpress for a new domain via hostgator. I already have
   an account on hostgator with other sites so this is an adon domain.
 * When i add wordpress the following message comes up:
 * **The installation can not be completed:**
 * – You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.
 * Can someone please advise me on what to do next in installing wordpress.

 * I think it may be that trying install on your primary domain name when install
   you should have what domain you want to install.
 * Normally there a root folder created when have add on domain name you need install
   in that folder
