Trouble installing wordpress

I have bought and registered a name with 123.reg
and hosting it with laughingsquid

I have set up a database in plesk.

I have downloaded WordPress 2.8.4

Changed the config file with relevant details, uploaded to my ftp using transmit.

But if i try and enter http://www.hughcharrington.co.uk/wp-admin/install.php it keeps redirecting me to http://81.21.76.62/hughcharrington.co.uk/index.html, which shows the 123.reg homescreen.

Although when i enter the test url https://squid19.laughingsquid.net:8443/sitepreview/http/hughcharrington.co.uk/wp-admin/install.php, i was able to install wordpress.

Does that mean its installed?
Any help would be much appreciated as i have been battling this all day.
