Trouble installing Kubrick Template.

I uploaded all of the Kubrick files and all the images. Some of the site works, but the top header/title thing doesnt show up. Also, if i try and “Login” it says the following:
“Fatal error: Call to undefined function: bloginfo() in /home/dprlsgpy/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/index.php on line 7”
