Just having probs installing this plugin. It said the file size was too big so I uploaded the decompressed folder to wp-content/plugins and it appeared. We’ll be fixing that. * Regarding the rest, it is normal that you don’t see the MailChimp tab if you didn’t purchase the MailChimp addon. The core version of BetterOptin only works with the WordPress database. * Now, if you do land on the same page after submitting the form, it may mean that the submission is not saved to your database, which may be caused by cleantalk as you mentioned. I don’t know this plugin so I can’t tell you right away, but I will download it and test it with BetterOptin. Could you please check if your submissions are correctly saved in the database?
