Trouble formatting for images and paragraphs

I have added galleries to my page and Yost doesn’t recognize them and suggests adding images to improve overall score. How do I fix this? Also, my text start with Heading 3 and then paragraph formatting. Yost says my keyword doesn’t appear even though it does. Help? Thanks!
