Support » Fixing WordPress » Trouble creating Google Doc Form

  • I have scanned these boards, tried multiple things with no success.

I have a google docs form that I would like to put on a page.

When I put the html code in, the form comes up as a blank image.
When I go to visual, I can see the outline of a box with the words iframe inside but no form.

    Here is the form :

I have tried the following unsuccessfully

    <div style=”text-align: center;”>[googleapps= dG4tQzFhTEFGSDBDRTVvMHpoZXYya1E6MA;output=html&widget=true]</div>

    <p><iframe frameborder=”0″ height=”1503″ marginheight=”0″ marginwidth=”0″ src=”” width=”760″>Loading…</iframe></p>

    <iframe width=100% height=560px frameborder=0 src= &embedded=true></iframe>

    Any advice?

  • I have the same problem but the difference is i have the google form embed in iframe tags for over a year. then suddenly this morning when i check my website, the embedded google form in pages stop working and only show a blank page.

    The solutions:
    1. First check whether the iframe tags are working correctly:
Simply replace your iframe tags in the body and submit the codes. If it is working then all is good.

    2. Search from your plugins page: WordPress Google Form or download from here:
simply follow the instructions and all working perfectly in wordpress.

    Good luck!
