    To whom it may concern,

    I hope this message finds you well. I’m having trouble changing the font color of some text. First, the header text on the first image at the top of the page – it shows as green when viewing, but white as editing. I think the theme is overwriting the color here. I’m thinking I need to add some additional .css. Might you know what .css attribute could I use to target this text so that it appears white when loading instead of green?

    Next, with regards to the default contact form by the bottom of the page, there appears to be no way to change the colors from the default theme colors. It is hard to read green on green – do you know if there is a way to make this text white? There doesn’t seem to be an option to edit this in the gutenberg editor, I’m thinking also a bit of css would be required here but not sure what to write to target it.

    Thank you very much for your time and help, I greatly appreciate it and wish you the best,

    Just an update, I tried

    .coblocks-label {color: white !important}

    .coblocks-form {color: white !important}

    .coblocks-field {color: white !important}

    To target the text here (‘name’, ’email’ and ‘message’), but it didn’t seem to work..

    Regarding the banner, I tried:

    .wp-block-coblocks-hero__content {color: white !important}

    But this didn’t seem to work either. Thanks!

    Another quick update: The header on the banner started appearing white without additional css, so that problem is resolved! I’m not sure how or why though. Maybe related to the cache.

    Also, I ended up just moving the contact form outside the green box so that the font color can now be read against the white background, but would be interesting to know how to change it anyway just in case someone else had a problem with this, or in case it may become problematic in future. I wonder if there is a way to not set default colors in general so I can manually set the colors of different text in blocks without it being changed back to the theme color.

    Thank you again for your time and help, I appreciate it and wish you the best,

    Dory 🙂

    Hey @learn2love,

    Thanks for reaching out, I am happy to hear that you’ve managed to fix the issues on your site.

    I created the following two videos before I noticed you updated this ticket, so here they are: 🙂
    Changing colour in the Hero block
    Changing colour in the Form block

    I hope the videos help.

    Have a nice day,

    Hi Milos,

    Thank you very much for this! I greatly appreciate it. I followed what you did in the first video for the header, but then when I would preview the site it seemed the default theme color overwrote it. But I see it just took some time to apply, probably something with the cache. Thanks! I greatly appreciate your time and help. I will make sure to follow the second video for changing the color there – I think I just wasn’t selecting the whole block.

    Wishing you the best,

    Dory 🙂
