Support » Theme: Goran » Trouble Changing "Red More" ButtonColor

  • Hey all.

    I’ve been searching for solutions to my problem here for a bit and I haven’t been able to find anything so far that’s worked. I’m using the Goran theme.

    I’m trying to change the color of the “read more” buttons that appear when a page is featured on the home page. I have the Custom.CSS plugin, and I’ve tried a few different solutions with no luck. How can I change these colors?

    Bonus points if you can also help me change the color of the drop-down menu backgrounds.

  • I managed to change the button color! But I’m still having issues changing the background color of the drop-down menus attached to the primary menu.

    Glad you got the button colour changed. Have a look at section 16.3 in the stylesheet for some of the elements you’ll want to target for the sub-menu:

    .main-navigation ul ul a {
      background: #e74f4e;
    }
    .main-navigation ul ul a:hover {
      background: #c34242;
    }
    .main-navigation ul ul li {
      border-bottom: 1px solid #a13736;
    }
    .main-navigation ul ul ul.toggle-on {
      border-top: 1px solid #a13736;
    }
    .menu-primary .sub-menu {
      border: 1px solid #a13736;
    }
