Trouble Aligning Democracy Plugin in Sidebar

Hi – I’m currently using the Democracy polling plugin in my sidebar at http://onthebaseline.com .

It looks fine in Firefox and Safari, but the alignment is way off in IE. I’m slowing learning css, but the fix is beyond me. Can somebody take a look at it and maybe help me out with this?
