Trojan on site

Hi, I set up my wordpress site a few weeks ago. I noticed today that if I visit my site my Microsoft anti-virus picks up a trojan in google chrome called Trojan:JS/BlacoleRef.P

C:\Users\Wayne\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache\f_000003->(SCRIPT0001)

I cleaned the file using the anti-virus, and cleared the cache of google chrome, but it keeps coming back everytime I visit my site.

Does anyone know how this happened, and how I get rid of it?
