Tripadvisor problems

Just wanted Tripadvisor reviews to work properly but never did.
It tells you if they don’t work in the free version, they will in the paid version. I got the paid version and they did not work.
No Avatars no matter what i did unless you get them manually every time then it won’t automatically update. Spent so much wasted time trying to get it to work. Support suggestions not helpful and didn’t work. CSS layout problems.
Went with another plug in that worked perfectly first time with better options including list and grid views. Happy now.
