Triggering Auto Post via custom field

We have posts generated via RSS that we would like to auto post to both twitter and facebook using your plugins. We noticed that both of these custom fields appear in a normal post with a value of “no”, so we tried setting them via the incoming feed plugin with a value of yes and it did not work. Based on another forum post here it looks like setting it to “true” instead of “yes” would work. We’re still waiting for a new RSS generated post to come in to test it out, but just in case we thought we’d would ask you if this should work or are we off track?
