 * Hello,
    When I see the site on my phone, I click the hamburger menu and it goes
   away. Then the page gets stuck and I cannot scroll down. [I saw the video](https://d.pr/v/NY1nrC),
   but I cannot see the menu when I’m editing the trigger either, it also disappears
   on my computer while editing.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Ftrigger-menu-disappears%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * This is not hard to get: given abuse in the past here, please keep support on
   these forums.

 * So, should I see if I get a solution here then?
    If I check the site Health Status,
   I get two messages: That I have PHP 7.3.27, and I should get 7.4 The other message
   is that I don’t have the module imagick installed.
 * I wonder if that´s related.

 * [@gaboneta](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gaboneta/) Please add this custom
   CSS on your site, it’ll fix the problem that you’re experiencing:
 *     ```
       #offcanvas {
         height: 100%;
       }
       ```
 * It’s very weird that we can’t reproduce it on our end.
 * Hope this helps.
 * [@jdembowski](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jdembowski/) We apologise for
   that. From the post you’ve linked, we were really under the impression that we
   can freely redirect people to our support channel. Now I see that we were wrong.
   We’re sorry again and it won’t happen again.
 * After all, with our without the redirect to our external support, we genuinely
   want to help everyone, paying customer or not. That was and still is the only
   intention we have while engaging with people on this forum.
 * I deactivated the SG Optimizer plugin from Siteground, and now the problem is
   gone. So the problem has to be with one of the settings activated in that plugin.
   I will try each setting little by little.
    So, pretty much, this has being solved.
   Thank you.
 * Hi Gaboneta,
 * Usually CSS optimisations break the theme’s functionality. Start with that 🙂
 * Thanks.
 * Hey [@gaboneta](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gaboneta/),
    If you are using
   SG Optimizer plugin then that makes sense.
 * There is a known issue with their Minify CSS Files option, we already [reported](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/issue-with-4/)
   this issue but still waiting a fix from them.
 * Hope this helps.
 * Let us know if you have any other questions.
