Trigger different themes based on domain?

I was wondering if there was some kind of script or plugin that could do this. I have a site I’m currently in the process of redesigning. Client has both .com and .ca domain handles. Idea is I want it where if they’re coming in on a .com they get one theme and .ca a slightly different theme. Beyond that, same site. Same content. Is there a script to do this or do I need to create another hosting account for the .ca and it just targets the same database in the wp-config?

Do you have WordPress installed on both the domains separately? If so, what problems do you face to install separate themes? Will the domains be running as separate sites with the same content (duplicate!)?

You will have problem with your SEO as having same content on two domains will be duplicate content.
