Trigger Animation Shortcode with Scroll (5 posts)

Thank you for the new version to include animation.

I'd like to see how it would be possible to add a line of code that sets the animation to occur based on scroll instead of time.

I'd like the elements to animate in when they are in browser view.

    Thank you!

I agree. It would be very powerful to have the option of when to trigger the animation. For example, when scrolling, when hovering with the mouse, or on mouse click.

...or even to trigger the element animating when clicking on a different element.

I second this (or third I suppose)! Having the animations trigger on scroll would be a killer feature.

Just found this forum thread after I posted the exact same request so I FORTH THIS.

99% sure I've seen this done with Shortcode Ultimate somewhere before. For me, it doesn't even need to be a feature request although it would be nice but I'd just like to know how to force this on a single page with a bit of custom .js (if possible)

I guess this is a fundamental need for anyone using an animation below the fold.

Here is my thread on the same issue just in case the author answers there first:

@rreeve - This can be done using animate.css and wow.js to trigger the animations on scroll. It's not terribly difficult, but it's always preferable to include less plugins and external js when possible.
