 * Hello. Thanks for this great plugin.
 * When a new event is created, sometimes the event_link of the widget is not clickable(
   404). If I edit the event and save it – it works.
 * Is there any way to trigger the update of an event in PHP?
    I am dev.
 * Thanks in advance for your support!

 * Yes, I can reproduce it, but I think the problem is on our side. How do I create
   an event (the function I need)? Do you have a snipped or is there any snipped
   to trigger regeneration of the link?
 * Thanks in advance 😉

 * The function is eme_db_insert_event , but I do *not* support adding an event
   in any other way than via the EME backend (or the frontend submit plugin).

 * Btw: you can also use CSV import for events, see the doc on that. Concerning
   import by yourself, you can take a look at the function eme_import_csv_events
   to see all the steps.
