Tried to upgrade and cannot login anymore

    I am not a developer so please provide steps clearly so that i can follow.

    Hi, @aaqeel73! If you have access to your server via FTP, follow the path /wp-content/plugins/
    rename folder plugin easy-contact-forms to easy-contact-forms-old and try to reinstall or update this plugin. Hope this way to help you.

    looks like this plugin is having a problem.
    “easy-contact-forms”

    if you are unable to access Dashboard of your website normally via WP-Admin
    the plugin can be removed via your webhosting account file manager.
    do you have access to your webhosting account?

    I can login to the hosting account but do not know where to look for this plugin.
    I do not think that FTP is setup

    Ok, look in your hosting File Manager, click on it and go on, find public_html/wp-content/plugins/

    by the way, most of the menu options are greyed out, so how can i get rid of or fix it

    where exactly are you using this plugin? The contact form on your website is using Contact Form 7.

    I was able to change the folder name as Long Nguyen (@longnguyen) suggested after accessing the site as lisa (@contentiskey) suggested.
