Tried Editing the Forever Theme and I Broke my Blog

My blog is http://www.thepomeroylife.com/. As you can see I was messing around with the header on a new theme. But now I can not access my admin page. It takes me to a page that has all the items of my menu listed plainly in outline form.
What do I do?
