Tribute and Employer Match not working properly

Hello,
My exported report indicates there have been no “employer matches” or “tribute gifts” made on my client’s website (heartsofecmo.org). However, he asked me to look into it because he was told some people have opted for those features, so I made a test $1.00 donation, and filled out the tribute gift information. The exported report says there was no tribute gift and my tribute gift email did not come through to the tribute’s email address (although the donation email to myself did come through). Please help me understand what the issue is, as I am afraid my client will have to reach out to every single donor and ask them to repeat their information.
