    Hello @myamar,

    Thank you for review.

We have placed trial info several times in plugin Description and FAQ,
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/

Most importantly we do not advertise the plugin as a free one. We say up front that this is a premium plugin and you have free trial before switching to its premium version.

CleanTalk is a plugin with free code which works with the Cloud Anti-Spam Service: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_as_a_service

We offer the most fastest, strongest, wide functionality anti-spam for any WordPress users for a very cheap price.

Could you please think about the review? Because I think it’s not fair give 1 star for something that we do not do.

    Thank you.

    Denis,
    Project leader.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I did not see that it is a paid plugin before installation, it was later, when was asking me to make an account on your website, when I found out.

It seems like you try very hard to hide the fact that this is a useless plugin without a paid subscription, including:

The plugin is free. But the plugin uses CleanTalk cloud service to filter spam bots. You have to register an account and then you will receive a free trial to test anti-spam for comments, registrations, bookings, contacts or orders. When the trial (on CleanTalk account) is finished, you can renew the subscription for 1 year or deactivate anti-spam plugin.

What I understand from your quote: it’s free until you want to use it.

Thank you for reply and I am sorry that we disappointed you, @myamar.

I think the issue is in the expectations of WordPress users, they expect to see only free solutions (despite of the wordpress.org doesn’t restrict to upload free trial plugins for cloud services), so even the plugin description has a few details about the free trial, the users don’t see it, because they think about only free solutions!

Any way, we do our best to meet wordpress.org rules and customers needs. We offer the most universal, strong, with detailed logs (you can control the antispam process for each submission) and fast anti-spam for very cheap price.

I am sorry again for this issue. If you have some time, I will happy extend your trial as long as you need.

I really should get an autoreply setup.

Side note to @shagimuratov Please inform your staff and stop using signatures in your posts. That’s actually prohibited here.
