    Why is it impossible to contact anyone to cancel the trial version? Your chat is a nightmare and there’s no contact page, no phone number…nothing. When I went to the “SalesWonderBiz” site the chat would not translate to English

    Hey,

    we canceled it minutes after we received your first mail.
    You wrote in our chat and here and we replied every time. Your subscription is cancelled.

    Regarding the language of the chat: The chat on webinarignition.com you are supposed to use is in English.

    I think that you still have the trial active because you cancelled to “not subscribe/pay” but the full trial time will run for free.

    You can always write us inside the plugin or via the chat on all our pages.

    Please check back all cancellation confirmation mails from us and freemius.

    PS: You can cancel the trial also by yourself.
