Treat paged comments pages as the same page?

  • Hi,

    Excellent plugin, I’ve been using it extensively lately, and I love it. Thank you very much for your work.

    I use paged comments on my WP site, new comments first. When a user posts a comment (even if it’s the first one on this particular page), WP then redirects them to /pageslug/comment-page-1/, and the plugin treats this as a completely separate page, so the function that lists users currently browsing this page suddenly lists just this one user. Sorry for the hectic description :).

    Would it be possible to (optionally) modify this behavior and make the plugin treat all paged comments URLs as the same page (and list users currently browsing this page correctly)?

    Thanks again.

    I got what you mean, but this requires a bit of work and I don’t think I got time to do it.

    Ideally maybe there should be a list of URLS that would treat it as a single URl?

    Eg:

    test2/ => test/
    test3/ => test/
