Travelfiy – how to make sticky post

We want a specific post to remain the first post (until we change it for another). We are using the ‘static page’ option in order to post complete posts and not use a ‘Read More’ for any posts.

I have searched and found titles that supposedly talk about this but I cannot find it in those posts.

I think this is called a sticky post? At any rate we want to do above.

Any help will be appreciated.
