  • Ripped the WordPress sections out entirely and my own customized section.
    Why would you do that?

    The BPS root htaccess file already incorporates the standard WordPress Rewrite htaccess code, but it is separated into 2 different sections in order to include all the BPS htaccess security rules within the WordPress Rewrite Loop. Unfortunately, that is a necessary thing that has be done in order for the BPS security rules to work correctly. BPS creates a backup of your original root htaccess file and saves it in this folder /wp-content/bps-backup/master-backups/. You can find additional help information in this forum topic >
