When we tried trashing more than 4 product at a time it leads to 404 Page. If we trash less than 5, that is 1, 2, 3, 4 product it is not leading to 404 Page. Please help.

    Thanks!

    Hi @ishor!

Your .htaccess file usually is the cause of this error

Please refresh your permalinks from “Settings > Permalinks” page and see if that helps resolve the issue. There is no need to make any changes, just re-save the current structure and see if that helps.

    Cheers!

Thanks, We added default .htaccess file, then tried resetting permalink but didn’t work. It still leads to the 404 page on bulk trashing.

    Thanks!

This could be the result of a plugin conflict.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1.) To begin, please make sure that your theme and all plugins are up to date.

2.) Try to deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, re-activate and test each plugin to see if you can determine which plugin the problem originates from.

If you can please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
